The Green Party\'s spokesperson on The Irish Language and Gealteach Affairs (Urlabhraí na Gaeilge & Gnóthaí Gaeltachta) has resigned from the Party. Peter Kavanagh was elected to South Dublin County Council in the 2019 local election in the Clondalkin Local Election Area.

Fianna Fáil and The Greens have both mad massive gains the Sunday Times/Behaviour and Attitudes poll. Released yesterday, Sunday, 16th of June. The pool shows FF clear 5 points ahead of there main rivals Fine Geal. Meanwhile following the gains made by The Green part in both the Local and European elections they have become the 4th most popular party after Sinn Fein. They poll was carried out between the 31st of May and 11th of June, 2019, with a sample size of 900 people.

Broadcasters and the British politcal establishment have announced details of their Leaders Debates in the run up to the British General Election 2015. The main British parties will part take in the debates with smaller parties such as UKIP and the Green Party also taking part due to their popularity in recent polls. National political parties from Scotland and Wales will also take part, but Northern Irish parties will not take part in the debate. The first debate will take place on ITV on April 2nd, followed by a second debate on the BBC and then the final televised debate on Channel 4 and Sky News.
